No lift in the hotel, so better keep in shape. No towels provided in the spa area, so bring your own one from home. I'd also go to a supermarket before. Breakfasts were muck, and the dinners were kiddie-type fast-food meals that are served beside gas stations. This is a 4-star hotel which has photos of its meals in its a la carte menu. For the lucky half-board guests, there was no printed menu at all. Ask for a spacious room in advance because you may end up like us, in a room so small that we could almost touch the TV with our feet while lying on the bed. Also make sure you bring no valuables with you, as our safe did not work. We reported it 3 times, but no one cared. In short, this hotel is a badly run, uncomfortable and inhospitable place. I have no idea how it got 4 stars but I will definitely find out, as I have never been so ripped off in my life.
